I'm writing this for people who wanna download and play with this mod in future I have to warn you guys because after installing this mod along with few others I noticed a bug that removed my "Advanced graphics settings" from setting menu and few more important settings were also missing and after spending hours and hours trying to find which mod did it I came across this mod and when I remove it everything came back...now I don't know if this was a coincidence or a deadly combo of mods to turn my game like that but be warned!!!

it works kinda...sometimes ambulance doesn't even care but sometimes they heal the npc it's weird

Who needs realism in a video game? lol this is way more fun than normal game and I think headshot reactions are waaaay better than vanilla!

it's not working for me I use your other mod "Roleplay menu" and it works perfect but this one just simply doesn't show up

Dude I hope you'll fix all problems + add custom blips for each character then it will be in my mods folder forever but for now I'll use a diffrent mod
