This mod should PREVENT mute audio it's happen a lot in GTA IV and specially V when character lets say fall from moutain or crash a bike than he gets mute when jump over fence taking damage etc, this should prevent this situation and has nothing to do with muting them, jesus...

@Artupaky01 Yes overheat on barell is logical but it's last like 5 seconds not 10 minutes
@w.. thanks you are allright, hope you fix it I would like to have both of these features in game, balloons and com. planes as well.
@w.. it's definetly this mod I guess for some reason scenarios doing it, when they spawn and later despawn no plane appears on sky after that, I deleted mod and tried changing character weather time every time there was at least one commercional plane in the sky, but if balloons despawn no other airplane is into sky no matter what, maybe you can give a option mod without scenerios or ask some scripter to create script to spawn and despawn them properly or do some FIX into mod folder, but I don't want to choose between see few ballons randomly and have empty air all the time or missing it cus I am flying euthiastic.
How bout finally fixing that never ending barell overheat smoke for every single weapon ?
@w.. I must report a bug when ballons are spawned for some reason they spawn only during morning on vespucci beach, no other plane spawn later anyewhere on map, I didn't find a single plane or blimp in downtown floating in like 15 minutes of fyling all around the map, thats definetly something that this particular mod messed somehow. Only scripted helicopters fyling on their positions.
