Если лицензия, то вероятнее всего у вас устарел dlclist.xml в папке mods, нужно его обновить, чтобы игра корректно загружала все автомобили.

@BOWWW If you have not made any changes to dlclist.xml, you do not need to change anything, just follow the instructions in the description

@AbdellahPlays Open the file dlclist.xml (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data) with OpenIV and add lines there:

@Cesar_Vidzzz You check the mods folder too. Infinite loading can only occur if the game can't load Pizzaboy

@THarveyKam Check the mods folder, maybe dlclist.xml is out of date and the latest update files are not loaded into the game

@chrislourenco92 I forgot that the time counter is tied to FPS. I will fix it soon

@chrislourenco92 Are you playing at 60 FPS?
