Quick info for experienced player: car name:"E36RB"
Tools you need: OpenIV, NotePad
1.Extract ycaE36 folder to \update\x64\dlcpacks\
2.In OpenIV, extract \update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml to somewhere you want, open it with NotePad and add this line in the correct place：
<Item>dlcpacks:\ycaE36\</Item>
3.extract \update\update.rpf\common\data\extratitleupdatedata.meta, as said above, add these lines to the right place:
<Item type="SExtraTitleUpdateMount">
<deviceName>dlc_ycaE36:/</deviceName>
<path>update:/dlc_patch/ycaE36/</path>
</Item>
4.Make sure OpenIV is in "Edit Mode", replace the two files with edited one
5.Use trainer, spawn the car with name "E36RB"

You need to change the lightsetting ID, to "201314", etc. to avoid conflicts with AIGE's cars.
DO NOT replace or modify data files, unless you know well how to do that

modify game name in vehicles.meta, like "E36RB" for this car
generate "E36RB"'s hash code(hex format) with the tool
open dlcpacks\xxxxx\dlc.rpf\x64\data\lang\americandlc.rpf\global.gxt2
add a new item, and you should know what to do next
It's the same in modifying the manufacture name
