This modifies the Valkyrie cannon so its explosions have a very high range, force, and is invisible
Installation:
With Open IV and your mods folder in place, you must navigate to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\common\data
and replace the explosions.meta file with the modified one
Also if you attach the valkyrie explosion to your regular bullets with a menu such as (endeavor's, Elite Force Hax), then you can shoot cars and peds and they will rocket off in an insane manner.

Known issues:
1. Cloth materials sometimes stretch thousands of times their original size, which will obscure your vision if you are close enough.
