Download map editor https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
Put .xml file into the Scripts folder for manual loading ingame or put in into /scripts/autoloadmaps.

-added and removed some tracks
V 0.3
-added some ramps
-a pole to grind
-and lights for the night
V 0.4
-just added peds (including strippers ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°))
