This is a large underwater town located in the Alamo sea. It has a broken helicopter and plane, as shown in the photos. The roads are made from barges and some of the buildings are half buried in the sand. It has old dead trees and broken cars. This is my first mod so I hope you like it and have some fun. It was not hard to make with map editor.

Added a spooky trailer in the forest.
More houses, roads and general improvements.

I am trying to upload the new version but map editor says it failed to save my file because access to my gta folder is denied
then it broke map editor

Have seen this map before a few times but, had the time to check it out today. Great job this is definetly a new idea in the GTA community :)

@FrankieG06 if your gta folder access is denied, right click on your GTA V folder and untick/disable read-only, then apply and ok.
@FrankieG06 How did you copy stock houses?
