hey guys its me GR33DZ me and my buddies have done some work on the sandy shores motel from everything to a high end drug den to a new york styled apartment more updates will come in the future i plan on making a hot rod garage and a few other rooms but as it is now its pretty decent so i thought ill release what i have so you guys can enjoy oh also the skate park will also go good up there if u want to have some fun while everything is loaded menyoo use only

@again its a work in progress I uploaded this now if you guys want a bit more run down feel for if you are playing a certain type of character but i will touch up the walls and floors soon
