This is Lieutenant Marvin Branagh ped mod from RE:2 Remake. I think he deserved his own model in gta V, despite the fact that he died off in the original game. In Resident evil, Marvin Branagh was a loyal police officer to the city and remained in his duty until his last breath, only to be killed by the player with remorse. I felt bad for him that he died off so quickly, so I brought him back to life in GTA V! please enjoy!
Installation:
1. Install AddonPeds : https://gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector
2. Place ped files to update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf\
3.Attention! Add dlcpacks:/addonpeds/ in mods\Update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
3. Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add ped to the list, using streamed - "false"

Correct finger rigging
Bugs:
Changelog:
1.0 - Initial Release
1.1 - Fixed buggy facial rigging, removed weird black spots appearing on the torso, fixed leg rigging
