[Description]
StreetRacer will be street racing in Los Santos!
In the morning we drive on mountain roads and at night we drive on highways.

At 10:00 p.m. game time, StreetRacer spawns and heads out on the highway. At 6:00 AM, it heads for the mountain pass.

- Fixed a bug that prevented the best lap of a race from being saved.
- Fixed a bug where the same vehicle would reappear after a reset.
- The finish positions of some races have been changed.

- Added a setting for StreetRacer to drive safely
