Select one of the following categories to start browsing the latest GTA 5 PC mods:

Open Grand Theft Auto V directory and copy and paste both common.rpf and x64a.rpf into your mods folder
Then Rename the .oiv to .zip then extract it and inside the REALISM Enhanced Traffic And Driver AI folder you get,
Follow the folder path AI\content\update\update.rpf\ and replace the following files in openiv
junctions.xml = mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\
pedpersonality.ymt = mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\metadata\
vehicleaihandlinginfo.meta = mods\common.rpf\data\ai\
vehicleaitasks.ymt = mods\x64a.rpf\data\tune\
vehicletasks.ymt = mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\tune\
That should help most of you that also have other mods installed

@xiaomantou It is one of the file edits you did wrong. Check the files you edited. Looks like a mistake in the timecycle.xml
Hi, mate, there is a bug where clouds disappear when F10 is pressed and the game has to be restarted to get them back.

Nice car but the install path is wrong it should be \x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
