LoL it WORKS on 3751 aka last Steam patch . C`mon , just Block Connection at Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Defender Firewall ; Advanced Settings : and create "New Rule" for "Inbound Rules" & "Outbound Rules" sections .
@Abolfazldanaee , Bro can You fix physics for this car in .ydr file ? It has weird inertia , like x-y-z axis bug or something ... ( police3 has the same issue , for example ) .

3504 & 3521 works good , I testing 3504 right now ...

Yup , 1.3.1 at Fully Updated & Verified Last Steam Game – it crashing after 5 seconds as before ... BUT after replacing gta5.exe file from Previous Patch 1.0.3521.0 – it works :P
