had to reinstall the game and now i cant open the menu

i need help my game still crashes… it just closes without showing any error

i cant spawn the car...it doesnt want to appear...can someone pls help me

why i cant use the new dlc things? the cars dont spawn and i cant use the new weapons....

@Vans123 I have installed the mod 100% correctly.... but when i use the Tuning Spoiler the stock Spoiler still opens.... what can I do to fix it ?
