This mod improves & fixes the annoying vanilla GTA V weapon slide animations & shell ejections.
Vanilla GTA V has an issue where the weapon slide only goes back once after every other shot, same goes for shells ejecting, & racking back shotguns aswell... Which once you notice, you can't really unsee it & can get quite annoying.
This mod fixes that by making the weapon slide/bolt actually go back correctly with each shot & makes weapon shells more realistic too by making them fly farther, higher, & faster like IRL guns.
Made to be compatible with popular weapon mods like "Immersive Combat" & "Realistic Weapon Play".
Issues: None found.

for some reason my weapon.mrf is the same to yours when i compare it with notepad+
@MaxLuk Basically made shells fly farther and higher.
Also the weapon.mrf shouldn't be the same as vanilla assuming yours is unedited
i guess i still got the weapon.mrf from that removed mod

any chances to fix shotguns reload animations? character reloads only one shell and thats all
@Scooby271 I could possibly make it use the combat shotgun reload animation, which rockstar fixed with that reload anim, but it'll have to see if its possible

@itsyaboi0008 another similar mod was uploaded that does a similar job. However it was mysteriously deleted, "WEAPON ANIMATION FIX" it was called. I wonder what happened to it.

@Scooby271 yea, go here mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai\weaponanimations.meta, right click and search for weapon_pumpshotgun, look for the line <WeaponClipSetStreamedHash>, and paste this "clipset@anim@weapons@rifle@lo@combat_shotgun" into the line
Dunno why a lot of people act like this has always been an issue, this bug literally dawned because of the Contract DLC back in late 2021. Before that the animations were perfectly normal and every shot caused the charging handles and ejectors to go back and properly showcase casing ejections for each shot.
Still glad someone corrected this though. As for idiots like me using the 1.41 version of the game pirated, I don't need to worry bout this 😅. Good on you though for this mate, cheers.
A piece of solid work! This pesky bug with animations working when they feel it was annoying me since late 2021, and knowing Rockstar, it won't be fixed.
