To install you just need to take the "Motel Cleaned" file and drag it into your GTA 5 folder.
This is a simple modification of the Sandy Shores motel, the majority of waste (props) has been removed (140 accessories).

@Kemro Game dude, change the order of the before after pics so that instead of 3 before pics followed by 3 after pics, it's one before, than one after. Than one before, and one after.

@Kemro Game Could you make another map with this but turn it into a bigger homeless camp. I'm trying to find maps where i can kill many people without targeting police. I want to see if its possible to reach a 5 star wanted level by only targeting civilians

@Kemro Game maybe 100. I would create this myself but my menyoo and map editor crash when I try and get them to work together.
