A new vehicle of the Russian Armed Forces (well and meanwhile also Ukrainian) for GTA V. The Tigr is more or less an equivalent to the US made Humvee and used as a transport.
This GTA mod features all standard GTA functions like working lights, working suspension, doors, functional dashboard, etc.
Additionally, 7 people (including driver) can get inside. The remote weapon station on top can be added via a vehicle tuning menu.
Before you use this, make sure to use the CWeaponInfoBlob Limit Adjuster by alexguirre to prevent the game from crashing during loading.

@SkylineGTRFreak Another fine work! I've ude it to replace mesa3. I repaced the handling and vehicles meta with the one provided but the car keeps rolling over in hard turns. Is it due to that I've used it as a replace model or the handling itself? Thanks!
@gorgonut I think this has more to do with the car's handling.meta. Find the "vecCentreOfMassOffset" value and reduce the z-axis value, this way the car's center of gravity will be lower and it will be less prone to flipping.
@WENth100 Thanks for the tip! I've replaced the handling meta also with the provided one. But I'll reduce it more as you suggest. @FaVouRiTe18 I've reduced some textures size for my own use. I tried to add FLAG HAS_BULLETPROOF_GLASS flag in vehicles.meta but it didn't work
